M-Power Your Dance

Most of us fell in love with dancing because of its social aspect, but consciously or unconsciously, we enjoy dance because it allows us to express ourselves through movement & music. Dancing might well be the ultimate movement expression through which we can grow to unlimited heights if we just pursue the path. However, the best part of it is that you do not need to be a professional to enjoy all the benefits dancing brings to our lives. Social dancing is the perfect balance of integrating the beautiful art of dancing into the everyday life of a regular person.

And actually, for dancing, you only need to fulfill one requirement - you need to have a functional body or…well, body. A functional body allows for more free movement, which translates into a better dance experience (expression) - even if you "only" social dance. 

For those exact reasons, we set our minds to integrate body preparation & body mechanics into the program of our events, and we cannot wait to deliver this to you. Here is a glimpse of the topics we plan to offer you in the beginning:

  • Stretching for dancers
  • Flexibility exercises
  • Mobility flow exercises
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Strength exercises

Sounds interesting? We cannot actually wait for those, as sometimes a good stretch on the mat is all we need after a long day of workshops, dancing, or organizing an event.
